REFUND POLICY

 Thank you for purchasing our Digital Educational Guide (PDF). Please read the refund policy carefully. 

 As a downloadable digital product, refunds are limited. Once the PDF is delivered, automatic refunds are not provided in normal circumstances. 

Refunds will be considered only if:

• Payment was deducted but the guide was not delivered, or
   
• You received a wrong or corrupted file, or
   
• Duplicate payment occurred by mistake.
   

In such cases we will verify the payment and either resend the correct file or issue a refund as appropriate.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• You entered incorrect details at checkout;
   
• You expected outcomes beyond what is described in the product;
   
• You change your mind after downloading;
   
• The issue lies with your device, network, or third-party service.

 Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
